Delivery Terms & Conditions:
Once the parcels are dispatched from us, a separate email is sent with the consignment number and tracking information.

The delivery will be made the following day from the order recevied anytime from 10am to 5pm.

Please ensure that there is someone at home on the date of delivery. If no one is available at the address when the delivery came a card is left as a confirmation of their attempt to make the delivery. The card will contain instructions on how the parcel can be retrieved – Customers can either collect it or arrange for redelivery.

Return Policy:

Orders can be cancelled if they are not yet dispatched from our warehouse, we can cancel the Order upon your request and can refund the money back to your account within 24 hours of the cancellation. once the order has been dispatch the administration fee will be charged or deduct from the deposit.

If you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a goods provided it is in a fully resalable condition, we will replace the product or refund to your satisfaction. We may refuse to accept an order:

  • (a) where goods are not available;
  • (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  • (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.


Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

Our prices are reviewed regularly.
